Hi,
We use Exchance 2003 with Outlook 2000 clients. Our remote users in Singapore have their mail delivered into Personal Folders rather than Mailbox.
Last week, one particular user started receiving all her email into her Mailbox, and not Personal Folders. The setting has not changed, and so far I have:
- Run all Office Updates
- Deleted the Mail profile and recreated
- Run the Inbox repair utility on her PST file
- Did a repair of the Office installation
- Then totally removed Office and reinstalled from scratch and reinstalled all Office updatesBut the problem still persists. The PST file is about 1.4GB in size, so should be OK.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Regards,
Chris

I'm rather confused. What exactly do you mean by "Mailbox?" Have you checked the delivery location in Data Files?

Thanks for your reply.
I mean Mailbox as in the mailbox on the Exchange server.
The delivery location is the first thing I checked and that has always been set to deliver to personal folders.
Anyway, the problem seems to have resolved itself now (no idea how!).
Thanks,
Regards,
C
