I am struggling to delete some folders from the outlook address dialog box. The instructions on how to do this all tell me to uncheck the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" in the properties box of the folder I want to delete. The problem with this however is that I have already deleted the folder from ‘folder view’ so that there is no longer a property box for this folder to open! Unfortunately I have deleted a number of folders without "unchecking ..." and as a result the folder list that appears in the outlook address dialog box is now becoming very long!
