I have folders including bid, in process, and recent that I use in Outlook '07 to store email, pdf and excell files for customers. As things progress I move the customer folders from folder to folder. This ability is now being stopped with the repeated message "Cannot move the items. Folder is full." Never heard of such a thing. Whats with that??

Was your Mail Delivery file created in an earlier version of Outlook? Outlook XP (2002) perhaps? If so, you're restricted to 2 Gigabytes of data. Once the file gets close to that, about 1.9, you lose the ability to send/receive/delete or move data.
You must do a Shift Delete to clean out messages and then compact the file. After that, you will be able to move the data.
I then suggest creating a new pst file in Outlook 2007 and making it the Mail Delivery file. If the pst is created in 2003 or later, in the UniCode format, you can go up to as large as 20 Gigabytes in size.
Life's more painless for the brainless.

Thanks very much Jennifer. My pst file was the old format although not quite 1 gig. Not certain what the problem was, but I added a new format pst file and imported the old data. Everything is working as it should now.
Thanks again
Joel
