I am using Outlook 2007. I have created a distribution list with several addresses listed in it. If I update someone's email address in my contacts for the person, it does not update their address in the distribution list automatically. Why, and can this be done automatically so I do not have to change in the the D/L ??

In Outlook 2003, there is an option when opening the Distribution List to Update the list. I haven't worked with 2007, but this feature "Update Now" works with 2003. You open the list, and the option is on the right side.
