Hi to all,

I am still using Office 2003 (cannot get fluent with the ribbon...). Outlook 2003 was working fine sofar, but now, I can no longer export the calendar to a pst file.

The export terminates with following message (translated from French) :

... bla bla ... impossible to find an object (???)

I re-installed Office 2003, but no change, as I unfortunately expected ...

Thanks for any help - Claude

Hi to all,

I did not receive any clue to the problem, but I found a bypass solution.
Just for the info of the community, let me outline the background :

I am still using an obsolete (but convenient for me) Palm Z22 device, not supported by W7.

Therefore, I had to afford an upgrade to the W7 professional edition which supports the creation of an XP virtual PC, from which I can update my Palm.

Hitherto, I exported data to pst files forn the W7 Outlook 2003 instance to update the virtual XP Outlook instance.

Now, I can no longer do that, but the simple solution was to relocate the Outlook.pst to a place accessible from both Outlook instances, so no more pst export is needed, as the Outlook data is shared (simple as Columbus' egg, isnt'it ?).

The fun is that while it is impossible to export pst data from the W7 instance, it works perfectly with the virtual XP instance ... from the same Outlook database !

Hope that this info can be useful to some of you - Claude
