i am doing typing a piece home work in open office writer and when i go back half way through a sentence it over write word for example if i type something like " we are " originally and i want to change it to "we're" it now change's to "we'e" of if it type a sentence and want to add a word it types over the word that is after the word i want to add its so annoying someone please help
Is the cursor a larger block than usual? Just to check have you tried pressing the insert key to turn this off? :: mike
