Opening attachments

OS: Win XP
CPU/Ram: 2.0Ghz 512 Ram

When I open an attachment in Outlook 2000, it no longer ask's me what I would like to do with the file.
Example, Open it or Save to disk.
How do I get it to ask me what I want to do with it again.
I guess at one time I must have checked the box saying to always use this action.
