Using Office 2007, in outlook I can't open an attached ITEM, no problem opening an attached FILE. Can't open the item (if someone were to attach an email w/in an email). Has anyone run into this, there is no error, just won't open even when right-clicked and saved to desktop and still won't open. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
In outlook 2007 go to tools, trust Center, click on Add-ins, at the bottom of the screen click on the drop down arrow and select Exchange Client extensions, then click go.
uncheck google desktop search outlook addin and it should start working again.
if you don't have google installed let me know.
