Running Office 2003 and we have an Entrust encryption addin for outlook that allows use to encrypt/decrypt emails. I've installed this for a client but the menu does not appear in their outlook.
On this machine i reinstalled both the addin and the outlook software but still no fix.
It does work on this machine on other clients profiles just not this one.
Tried blowing away all the users outlook settings (app data and local settings) and generating a new profile but still no go.
Tools -> Options -> Other -> Advanced Options -> Addin Manager shows this addin as active and installed.

He is the only person on this machine have this issue and short of completely wiping out his windows user profile i'm not sure of what else to try.

I would remove the Outlook entry from the user's profile in the Registry.
While logged in as the User:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office
and remove each Outlook entry. You'll of course have to reconfigure the Outlook settings after you've deleted the entries.
