offline pop-ups

I constantly have offline pop-ups. I am not sure if they are caused by Microsoft Explorer or not. Can someone tell me how to get rid of these??

All three are free and good.

And do you mean offline like you unpluged the modem? Just because you are not actively on internet explorer doesnt mean you not on the internet.

Have you turned OFF Windows Messenger?? This is the cause of many offline ads.
