hello;
I just got a new hard drive and therefore re-installed windows xp. So I went to re-install office xp.. and the media cd, right near the end, has a corrupt file that it can't read. great, i know. of course its probably clip art or something simple like that, but it won't let me skip it, just cancel the installation and uninstall everything that was installed up to that point. kinda annoying, is there a way i can get past this? I thought maybe copying the cd to my hard drive and then finding the file it gets stuck on, replacing the corrupt file with some other clip art image and giving it the same name, but i'm not sure if this will work and wanted to check here first.
