UPG is an upgrade. I believe OLP is Original Licensing Package.

MOLP: Microsoft Open License Program Programs: OLP NL (Open License No Level), Government Open License (Locl Govt ) and Open License C(OLP C)
The Licenses are not site specific but may only be used by a single legal entity. It is a license-only transaction., media is ordered separately and after Microsoft has generated your license number. This media can be ordered by the customer directly from Microsoft or through The Corner Store. Currently all media are $23-$25.
In OLP NL and Locl Govt , the minimum order is 5 licenses and there are no pools of products. In OLP C, each License has a specific point value as indicated in the product title (eg 1 pt). The minimum initial order is 500 Points per each Product Pool. The three pools: Applications (App P) , Systems (Systems P) & Server (Server P). In all volume plans, the minimum reorder is 1 License during the two year period after placing the initial order. SA= Software assurance (2 yrs of upgrade protection). Replaces Upgrade
