Office Update not working

OS: Win XP SP 2
CPU/Ram: pent III 996MHz 384mb RAM
Product: Dell Dimension L1000r

I am trying to run Office Update on my computer but it is telling me that my office XP is not activated. I have activated it, and have used the office update before. It is not a counterfeit version either.

Now I cannot use the update feature...I guess I can look to see what is already installed (it will let me do that) and then go to the list of updates and see what is there, but that is a pain in the arse....

You'll probably need to install the new Windows Updates first.
