I just installed the apps (Enterprise version) and the button menu won't open. the button acts like it is active, but no menu. any suggestions?

Running the repair does NOT fix the problem. We have it too. Most of our workstations installed just fine, but we have a dozen that were installed identically, and yet the Office button simply does not work. I have seen many posts from people with the same problem, and have yet to see a solution.
