Hi, Does anyone know how to change the owner name and company name for Office 95 when setup disks are not available? This is for a donated computer but original owner wants his name and company name removed before anyone is allowed to use the office program on it, Thanks james

all names are in the registry. Execute "regedit" and have a search about the old name and replace it in there

Hi probably so but I'm learning it's basically impossible without the original setup disks. Anyway I guess I'll just uninstall Office 95 and go with the free Office 602. Thanks for looking. james
