office 2003 says not installed for

i have been useing office 2003 for about 12 months and have not had any problems untill today when i try to open any programfrom office it opens it for 5 seconds a splash screan pops up saying that this program is not installed for this user reinstall when i click ok it shuts it closes it i have tryed doing a repair and i have uninstalled office and reinstalled it but it still does the same i hope you can follow what i mean thank you for you time

thankyou for this sugestion but it still doesnt fix it my pc is only set up as only one user and it was working fine until i switched on one morning and it started playing up
