Currently, my company is running on netware 3.++ and the client mostly are using w2k pro with office 2003 installed. when i amend a file that located in server, it doesn't allow me to save the file. "The folder is read-only". However, it allows me to copy the file into server after I save it locally. I have the full access right in that folder and it works well in Office 2000.
