With sender in my Contacts I can send a new e-mail but can't Reply or Forward. I get 550 relay not permitted.
This is not 100% but close to 95%. Works after I re-enter all Account and Send options but then fails after a restart/hibernate.
Connection to Accounts is also slightly erratic on first starting Outlook but then settles down.
Standalone laptop/wireless connection to ISP. two accounts sending+receiving to ISP. Receiving only from other account.
This all worked well on my pevious laptop which died and I'm setting up this one.
