I bought this computer used??? (DUMB) I KNOW!!, anyway, it has microsoft office with: word, access, excel, power point, outlook, and frontpage. Without the disk, I cannot update any of the programs. Does anyone have a solution/suggestion to be able to update??? I'm being asked for the disk for everything to update. I can download the updates, but without the disk, it's not letting me install them???
Thank you for your help!!

Call Microsoft and see what they say. As long as they can verify that it is a valid Office install, they may be willing to help you with the updates.

Thank You for your response.
Trying to get an answer from Microsoft is like trying to pull teeth. I've put in a request, with no response.
They want to charge you for their help, after you're already using their products.Any other suggestions????

What do you mean by "Update?"
"So won’t you give this man his wings
What a shame
To have to beg you to see
We’re not all the same
What a shame" - Shinedown

They have an update for the program Office 2000 SR-1 Premium, that will allow my products to work more effectively, since it's an older version.
Also in each program, some of the options need to be updated AND I'm being asked to update them by inserting the disk. For example, in powerpoint I am unable to use the scanning option. I am being asked for the disk and to update so I can use the scanner, by the assistant. It may be because I have a new printer and it needs to format the settings to be able to recognize the new equipment.
