Is it possible to assign a reoccuring task to another user and have the copy in your task list stay updated ? (office 2000) With one off tasks it's not a problem but with reoccuring ones the "keep an updated copy of this task on my task list" option is greyed out. I need to do this for a basic maintenace reminder system for rounmd 10 machines. The supervisor needs to be able to assing reoccuring tasks to his 2 members of staff and be able to see the current status of them at all times in one central list. I can't use a one in public folders because you cant set reminders.
If it can't be done are there any reasonably priced systems anyone would recomend ?
