Not able to remove Software

'kaka folder protector v5.36' software is not removing from my PC. Message appears that can not delete 'u o'. This message is not exactly the same but a hyphen over the letter U and a small line intersect letter O. Thus it says that it can not be deleted.
How to delete this kaka folder protector software. This folder contains zero bytes. All other parts of this software has been deleted.

pnjani Sorry that did not help The only other thing I would suggest is contacting the mfr of the program As for the right place to post, I would probably say security and virus (since it is a way of protecting files)
