No Outlook Auto-Address

Problem:
Outlook 2000 auto-address no longer working (in the TO: line).
Possible cause #1:
Noticed that the pst file for this user was listed as corrupt on the server backup tape. I told user to backup his outlook to another file name to try and remedy the corruption issue. The pst file is now renamed and loaded in Outlook.
Possible Cause #2
Users Outlook was updated from Outlook 97 to Outlook 2000 in he last 4 months. Users says that the auto-complete email function has not worked since then.
