I have downloaded an e-mail account to Outlook Express and there is no 'Deleted Items' folder. There is normally a folder like that in the mail account.
Could you please help me how to put that folder in OUtlook Express?

Hi,
You likely have a corrupted mail folder. With luck, its the Deleted Items folder, and not the folder you are trying to delete the messages from.
- Close Outlook Express. - Locate the file "Deleted Items.dbx" (OE5+) in the mail directory and delete or rename it. You can use 'Start|Find|Files or Folders', "Deleted Items.??x" to find it. Since you're using Windows XP, it will be hidden, you'll need to set the search tool to find hidden/system files. - Open Outlook Express again. It will create a new empty Deleted Items folder. - The same process will work for the Inbox folder, Inbox.DBX, should it be the problem folder.
