NK2 file not updating

The NK2 file is not updating on a couple of PCs. Outlook is shutting down properly. I have also recreated the Outlook profiles completely a couple of times. Outlook being kept open by another process, and a corrupt profile are the only causes I've come across for this previously. Does anyone know of any others? Cheers
