I just switched from OE?palm Desktop to Outlook 2002 so I can sync to a new Pocket PC. I have a couple of questions:

1. Is there a way to make completed tasks disappear w/o deleting them?
2. What is the best way to backup my tasks/calendar/saved mail/etc.
3. Are there skins to download to add color to this boring looking application?

I appreciate your help. THanks!
3.

Doug

I’m a consumer advocate for a company called Video Professor. My role as consumer advocate is to ensure a better understanding of Video Professor and how our products can give you the tools to use various software programs to your desired level.

Video Professor is the leader in computer software tutorials for most of the major software programs, and we have helped educate over 5 million people.

We have a tutorial for Microsoft Outlook (PC only) that is available either on CD-ROM or online. One FREE lesson is available on CD-ROM, or your first 5 days online are FREE.

In the Outlook tutorial you will learn the basics of the Outlook environment and its email features. Learn to create a distribution list to send email to an entire group of people without having to type in each person's address. You will never miss another meeting or event by tracking your appointments in your Outlook Calendar; you will learn how to adjust it to send you a pop-up reminder. Use the Rules Wizard to set conditions, actions, and exceptions that control how Outlook processes and organizes messages, and significantly reduce the amount of unwanted email you receive.

Please visit http://www.videoprofessor.com/computer_training_lessons/outlook.html for additional information.

I hope this information will help you become more proficient in Outlook.
