For outlook express when you open the address book & click file there should be the following commands: New Contact, New Group & New Folder. Unfortunately "New Folder" isn't displaying. So what I did was open address book & click tools. I then clicked "Do No Share....etc" & THEN the "New Folder" appears. So basically for "Outlook Express" I can do it. For Microsoft Outlook 2000, I can't find a solution through the web. Any suggestions would be appreciated...THANKS!!!

Why not just click on Contacts and add the folder there? If you're displaying your Contacts as an Outlook Address Book, then they are one and the same.
