Hello, Whenever a user opens up a new excel worksheet it opens up blank, by this i mean there are no grids A-Z columns or or 1 to 65000 rows just one big blank screen. I have reinstalled office 2003 several times not to sure what the problem can be. Anyone help please

Tools, options, view tab, Check grid lines, row and column headers.
"opens up blank" Is the screen grey or white?
If white then do as rhawk7938 stated.
If grey then you likely have it set with a switch to NOT open a new worksheet.

Thank you, it was no of the above fixes, i just had to delete her local profile and it works fine now, it was very strange. I log into her computer under my profile and excel opened up fine no. So figured its a corrupt profile. Thanks
