need to segregate data based upon two columns

Specs: Windows 7, 100

Hi All,

I am working on a file which needs to be copied and pasted into respective tabs based upon the name. For eg: in the below tablei have few columns data in excel which i want to segregate.

Name GL code RC amount description
ABCD 123456 98765 500 Food Expenses
EFGH 789101 84320 1000 travelling expenses

I have different tabs in the same sheet starting with the RC name ( 98765 - Kumar). I want the 98765 complete line to be copied from the data and pasted in the respective tab ( if there is a data already in 98765 - Kumar tab, then it should be pasted below the already existing data (it should not overwrite the previous data)

Please click on the blue line at the end of this post and read the instructions on how to post example data in this forum. Then repost your example, including column letters and row numbers. That will help us understand your layout better.

We may have more questions after we see your data, but let's start with getting it lined up correctly so that we know what we are dealing with.

Thank you for reposting your data, but now I'm confused. You have a column heading for RC Number, but it looks like there is text under that number. I see 2 headings for Account. Is that a typo that caused all the headings to be shifted to the right?

Could you also clarify what the sheet names look like and tell us whether the sheets need to be created or if they oreads exist? Thanks.
