Need Excel Macro To Copy & Paste

Specs: Windows 7, Core i3 2,53 GHz 4,0 GB
i want to use macro for my work as follows :
I have selected a range to copy to another range as follows:
1. move cursor down, there may 2, 3, 4 or some rows. For example 5 times to moving down cursor.
2. At this cell I have to paste the selected range by hit enter
3. Then, the next step is waiting my respon to moving down cursor
4. select a cell and hit enter to paste.
