Specs: Windows XP 2000 Professional
When I click on or hover over an email link in excel, a different email shows up. This happens on every cell in a column containing email addresses. I don't know where the other email addresses are coming from cause they aren't on my spreadsheet.

Right click the cell and choose Edit Hyperlink.

Whatever is in the email address field is the address that will be used, regardless of what is in the Text to display field.

Obviously I can't tell you why they don't match, but you would need to change one of those fields if you want them to match.

Thank you. I was able to eliminate the mysterious email addresses. Now I have a column of email addresses that I need to make Hyperlink. Can I do a column at a time or do I need to do each cell separately?
