I am attemtping to setup multiple email
accounts with outlook 2003. I have successfully
set each user up with their own *.pst file
but the email account settings are configured
per windows login. These users share a
common windows login. Is there a way for
change the windows settings to look at their
own location for email account settings.

Thanks.

Go to Control Panel and click on the Mail Icon. Click on the Show Profile button. Add your different profiles then click on the Prompt for a profile to be used button. Now when Outlook is launched it will let you select which account to use.

Kurt's recommendation will work, but why not just create a login for each user?

I do not want to create a login for each
user, as there are numerous users that login
to the same computer. Also I am attempting
to configure it so the users can login on
any computer and access their email. Their
*.pst file is located in their home directory
on the server. The profiles will restrict
this flexiblity. Is there any way of moving
the email account information to their
home directory?

Thank you in advance.

So how can each user have a home directory if they're all using the same login? "The profiles will restrict this flexibility." No. Just the opposite.

My recommendation, create a profile for each user and set up Roaming Profiles.

Each user has unique login to a Novell server
which maps to a directory on the server.
These users share a common Windows login account. This has allowed users to login
anywhere on the network using their Novell
username and the shared windows user name.
No personal settings are stored on the
workstation. Once logged in they can pop
their email which is stored within their
home directory.

By creating these profiles, a user will have
these profiles on multiple computers in order
to have the flexibility they desire.

Thanks.
