Everytime I open Outlook, it runs, but when I close it, it closes and it starts up all over again. Later on, I see that it doesn't run properlly, then I open the Task Manager and to see that in the processors tab, OUTLOOK.exe is opened about 5 times, because I clicked on Outlook a lot of times whenever I close it and later on, open it again.

How do I make Outlook, so that when I close it, it still stays opened (but hidden) and whenever I open it up, it unhides?

The option is available to minimize to tray, but that's not what you asked. "How do I make Outlook, so that when I close it, it still stays opened (but hidden)". You can't. If you close (Exit) the program, it's closed.
