Specs: Windows 7
Hi all,

I have made a coloured box from A1,K1 toA17,K17, where people enter some information.
When they are finished, they can press a button that as a macro that paste that same box to A19,K19 to A35,K35 empty.

What i am trying to do is from that button, the box would just paste itself to a open space on the same sheet like it would ad +2 every time.
So a new box would open every time that button would be press.

Hope someone gets the idea!!!
Regards, Pat

This may be a simpler solution??? with A1:K19 selected. (this should include the area/box that you have formated (BTW: it is best if they are empty) PLUS two empty rows of cells. Then click and drag the Auto-Fill box (the black little square located at the bottom right corner of the selected area) and drag it downward as far as you wish. This will take the formatting of the selected cell range and apply or paste it to wherever you drag it down to. selecting the empty range of cells gives it a "pattern" so it will copy the size of the formatted area and then two rows of unformatted cells over and over for as far as you drag it down.

If you want to take it an extra step, you can protect the sheet so that they can only access the formatted areas and not the unformatted cells. PM if you have questions!
