There is a laptop user on my network that has a habit of opening multiple instances of MS Outlook 2003 at the same time. Bad things are starting to happen like certian menus that should normally come up do not any longer, and simple functions that are suppose to work do not--like printing. Everything works perfectly when she only has one instance of Outlook open, but as she is not an experienced computer user she has a habit of opening say 5 or 6 instances (Outlook, not outlook messages) at the same time.
Anyhow, I image there is a registry key somewhere that will disable the ability of Outlook to open multiple instances of itself, but I've been unable to find it.
Can anyone help me out?

Thanks!
