Hi there,

I can not install Office 2003 Prof.Ed. on
my Windows 2003 Server Enterprise.Ed.(service pack #1)

The installation terminates after I type the S/N in.All I retrieve from my system is :

"Faulting application msiexec.exe, version 3.1.4000.1289, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x000da066."

Windows Installer service is ON and running.
I tried to start Windows 2003 in SAFE MODE but it does not work either.

Any suggestion,please?
cheers
frank
