Comment:

Some users have experienced problems when opening some files... for unforeseen reason ms word is damaged and is not able to open any .doc file even a new ms word session (new document) but shows the "Send" and "Don't Send" pop up... following the pop up and sending the report I start downloading and updating ms office till it became up-to-date... Even doing this didn't repair ms word... I tried to repair and reinstall ms office but all of this didn't work... Even removing everything related to ms word from registry didn't work...
Thanks in advance for your help

It is probably a corrupt normal.dot.

1. Close Word.
2. Rename normal.dot to normal.old.
3. Reopen Word (it will create a new normal.dot).
