Some users have experienced problems when opening some files... for unforeseen reason ms word is damaged and is not able to open any .doc file even a new ms word session (new document) but shows the "Send" and "Don't Send" pop up... following the pop up and sending the report I start downloading and updating ms office till it became up-to-date... Even doing this didn't repair ms word... I tried to repair and reinstall ms office but all of this didn't work... Even removing everything related to ms word from registry didn't work... Thanks in advance for your help
