What would explain the following: Here at work we use a specialized MS Word template, which contains a custom-designed toolbar used for specialized formatting. When I open this template to create a new document, the very most I have to do to make this custom toolbar visible in the Toolbar area of MS Word is to click View/Toolbars and from the drop-down list click on the name of the custom toolbar. All of my colleagues have access to this same template from their desktop computers. Yet for one of them, when he opens this template to create a new document and clicks View/Toolbars, the drop-down list he sees DOES NOT appear to contain the custom toolbar as a selection!!! What's going on here, and what does my colleague need to do [possibly to alter his MS Word set-up] to be able to gain access to the custom toolbar within this template?

What happens if he clicks on the Customize option on the Toolbar area? Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
