I am using Office 2000 and my default Word icon opens in Print view with a paper size of 10 inches. Using file -> page setup, I change the paper size to 8.5 inches and using format -> style I change to a particular font and save the style.
2. The saved icon opens correctly but when I click on the white icon "New Blank Document" the word opens with the paper width of 10 inches.
3. Reinstalling the Office made no difference.
4. What can be done to open the all new documents in 8.5 inches ??
