Trying to copy MS Word Text, including footer text, and paste into Notepad, but it doesn't paste the footer text.
Want to be able to some how distinguish where page breaks occur from MS Word, when pasting text from MS Word into Notepad.
I was placing something in the footer of the Word document, prior to copying and pasting into Notepad, but maybe there's a better way?

Why do you want to copy to notepad? If you want to save the file as a text file, just do that from within Word. Notepad won't recognize the footers or headers. Wordpad just might.
As for page breaks, copying and pasting will only paste the text.
If you really need to open in Notepad for whatever reason, then open Notepad and then open the file.
Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
