MS Word fonts problem

Specs: Windows XP Pro
I have a number of saved MS Works 2002 text files All are in the same font. In the top tool bar it states, "Normal+Arial Black, 12 pt. , Bold, Right: -1.25.

In all but one file the text is the same size, but for some reason the text in one file is smaller than the others even though the toolbar states it is the same size as the other files.

I tried increasing the text size to 14, but that's too big. When it is put back down to 12, it is quite a bit smaller than the other files.

Why would this one file have smaller print than the others even though the toolbar shows everything is identical? In one of the files that is correct, I clicked "Font" and checked everything, then went back to the file with the smaller print and did the same thing. All the settings are exactly the same, so why is the print smaller in that one file.
