Comment:
Editing a Document in WORD will not save under the old Name. After renaming the edited Document it will save under that new Name. Is this the way it is? Or is there a Setting I missed that will let me save without renaming the Document every time I go in and edit it.

no something is slightly amiss here, check that you are opening a .doc file and saving as a word document type. Check that the file you are opening is not protected and or labelled as "read only"
