Hey there... my boss has a problem with MS word 2000... whenever he starts it a letter he wrote to his ex wife about nine months ago, detailing what he felt was wrong in their relationship and why their marriage failed, opens... if you close the document, and click on new document, the letter reappears... the bar at the top of the MS Word window says document1 so it's not opening a saved document, or if it is the document's saved with the name document1, and when I searched his machine for all word docs there wasn't one called document1... needless to say its a bit embarrasing/upsetting especially for his kids... any ideas on how to get around this? thinking uninstall reinstall but curious to know what is going on...
