Would appreciate your help in this. I have attached a word file that has 3 green headers on it. I am trying to do this; when I tab to person reporting text field and then tab again a new row is created (this is the problem) but I would like the tab to move to Date & time of incident text field instead.
How do I control the tabulation so that when I tab it ends up where i want it to be.
This is what i am tryin to do for hours without success. Hopefully this forum someone can come up with a positive outcome. Thanks in advance.
kind regards,
somi.simon

Don't know where you "attached" the file, but what you pressing the Tab key will take you to the next field in a table. The only thing you could do if you want to go to a specific field, is create a macro that does that.

OOps. Let me rephrase that first line: "but, pressing the Tab key.."
