Hi,
Just setup a new project and entered tasks, now Im trying to set durations and I have a few major tasks that arnt calculating the total duration for that task instead it is giving me a series of ######## in the duration box. What could I be possibly doing wrong ??

Not familiar with the workings of MS Project but in Excel those symbols simply mean you need to enlarge the width of the cell so that it can display it's entire contents.
