My general problem is that the 'work' values are not changing correctly when I make adjustments to the % resouces.
I am changing % resources to an existing task. When I double-click on the task I choose the resource tab and change the percentage for each resource. I then exit and then adjust the duration back to what it was originally. The 'work' value does not change. If I click on the resource icon (little people) and make the adjustment there, it doesn't calculate 'work' correctly. However, if I click on the resource icon, remove my resources, apply them again and adjust the % number, then the 'work' value will calculate correctly most of the time.
Is there an order to how I'm suppose to make these adjustments? It's really frustrating having to manually calculate each 'work' cell so I can manage my resource allocation.
