when i send out an email, by default it should save the email that sended in my "sent items" folder but it didnt save a copy of the email inside the folder, so wat actually happened to my pc ? izzit the setting problem ?? pls help me !

Have you confirmed that the setting to save the email is in fact checked?

i already confirm tat all the setting inside the microsoft outlook checked. i matched the setting with another pc, but i still cant have a sent mail copies inside my sent mail folder!

I would then uncheck the box that reads "Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder" save those changes, close Outlook, restart it, go back in and check the box, then see if the settings take.
