I have Ms Office Outlook 2003 & Outlook Express on the same system. I don't know why Ms Office Outlook cann't recieve mail (but can send) eventhough i have delete the mail account in Outlook Express while Outlook Express can do both send/ recieve perfectly if i turn off Ms Office Outlook.

Your help will be highly appreciated

So, you deleted the incoming mail account for OE but if you turn off Outlook then OE can receive mail just fine even with the account removed from OE?

I would suggest you check and recheck the mail and smtp server information for each account for correctness.
