my ms office enterprise 2007 for some reason it didn't start. i clicked on ms-word, the mouse show running sign for 3 seconds and nothing pop up. i tried with excel, powerpoint, and outlook, nothing started. i uninstalled, and reinstall. It didn't say any error msg while reinstalling. it said installed successfully. but i still can't open any office program. i looked up from microsoft support and they showed how to uninstalled and delete some regedit key. i'm not sure if this effect anything or not. please help.
The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility has helped me in the past. I know it talks about "failed" installs, but I've had Office installs complete but the application didn't work right. After running the CleanUp utility, things were fine.
I don't think it could hurt to try it, but you will have to reinstall Office again.
