How can i make my monogram transparent. to use it on all my excell sheet

It depends on what you mean by a 'monogram'. If you are putting an object into a document (it doesn't matter if it's a spreadsheet, word document or whatever), if you right-click it and choose 'properties' then there should be an option to set the transparency. However, this often doesn't work with some picture types, so you need to experiment.

If you mean a watermark - a logo that appears across the front of a printed document, then you have two options - within Excel you can mimic a watermark by inserting it into the header and then resizing it - do a search in Excel's helpfile for watermark and it should walk you through it, alternatively for printed watermark's this is often handled by the printer's program - again you need to look in the print settings for 'watermark', and this will vary depending on the printer you have.
