MO 2002 drives me mad

I have been using MO 2002 successfully for a long time. Recently (out of the blue) it will not send my e-mails however I can receive e-mails without problems. The acount settings are correct, I am using the correct ISP for the e-mail settings. The "send test e-mail" in e-mail accounts works perfectly but still I cannot sent my e-mails. I have a home network and the second computer has no problems sending e-mails with the same settings. Virus scans, Adaware, Spybot are all clear and my firewall settings have not changed and even setting 'allow all' has not changed the situation. Has anyone got an idea what has happened here all of a sudden??
